Use a LARGE skillet - a 24 oz jar of pasta sauce and a 15 ounce can of Don Pepino
This recipe is very basic. Use fresh or frozen vegetables, never canned. Feel free to vary the ratio of veggies to suit your personal taste. We sometimes use a 50/50 mix of chicken broth and vegetable juice as the base .. . which adds some sodium and some flavor.
