Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
I took my favorite Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread and made it healthier by substituting half the eggs with egg beaters, half the oil with applesauce, and half the sugar with stevia/sugar baking blend. It turned out great.I'll probably play with it some more to see if I like it with full substitutions.
