A handwritten recipe that I had to decipher to create. Somethings aren't too clear.
This is just one variation. It depends on what is available at the time but always use onions, garlic, and peppers (any variety will do) I mostly use this as a filling to my omlets I top with swiss cheese and cherry tomatoes, no included in nutritional value.
Just something my grandma whipped up when we were low on funds. Great side to any low budget meat dish. Have a veggie or salad of your choice and your set.

I love bisquick. I pulled the recipe from the Betty Crocker site but added a variation to make it breakfast friendly.
