Enjoy as a salad or process in a food processor to use as dip for veggies, pretzels or chips or spread on a whole wheat wrap.
Can use slow cooker, top of stove or oven for this yummy, healthy version of Beefy Macaroni. Add your favourite spices. (I like adding Marsala garam)
