Basic, yet delicious chicken salad recipe my grandma taught me:) Best served cold on warm toast or whole wheat Ritz crackers.
This is basically a random blueberry muffin recipe I made up. I wanted a lower cal muffin so I used about half as much sugar and added splenda to make up the difference. They turned out quite good, a great lower calorie option when you have a muffin craving!
This is one of my all time favorite meals!
This is just a basic pasta salad I mixed up, you can pretty much use any combination of veggies, cooked or raw.
Great for a high protein breakfast! It's a party in your mouth!
