In medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and onions. form into golf ball sized balls, and place on pam-sprayed cooling rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from rack and place in pan on stove over medium heat. Add soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in Sour cream and serve over brown rice or whole wheat "egg" noodles.

This is a super quick and super easy, lightened up version of one of my family's favorite meals.
I made this recipe for New Year's Eve, since it had black-eyed peas for good luck, but we liked it so much, we'll be making it often throughout the year.
Not sure where this recipe originated, but it's delish! Great use for all that garden zucchini you grew!
