Not the most healthy version of meatloaf... You can always substitute a leaner ground beef or ground turkey for the ground beef in this recipe.
This meal can be adjusted to suit your liking. I happen to LOVE sweet red pepper, onion and zucchini with everything! Adding red pepper flakes will give this filling recipe a KICK! Give it a whirl!
This soup is sure to cure any craving for comfort food. It's rich and creamy yet chocked full of veggies and herbs for flavor. Feel free to add any vegetable that suits you.
This colorful pasta will DEFINITELY satisfy your comfort food craving for Italian food.
Meatloaf made over and easier by using stuffing mix rather than breadcrumbs. Using Honey Mustard rather than typical ketchup or BBQ sauce adds for a flavorful change to a household favorite. Pop in the oven and you're SET!
This is a mexican meatball soup from my mother's recipe. Most of us tend to measure our spices by a pinch of this and a dash of that. Just make your own decisions regarding spices and what you like in your stews.
Use whichever BBQ sauce suits you. I like the Honey Hickory kind, myself...
Adding mustard and lite ranch dressing adds tangy flavor to the chicken salad.
You can make this dish light if you are sure to use the part skim mozzarella cheese!
From allrecipes.com... Use rotisserie chicken from market to save time and to ensure moist chicken. Sprinkle parmesan or pecorino romano cheese before serving... YUMMY!
Just a mid-week quick fix to add to your collection. This literally is one of the quickest meals I've discovered that doesn't lack in flavor
Add seasoning to your liking. I often replace the salt with Season All and a little reduced fat Parmesan Cheese.
I'd recommend using shredded Pepper jack cheese or monterrey jack rather than what I used. You'll find that it disperses throughout the bread better. Also, add chopped red bell pepper for additional flavor and add a bit of honey for some soft sweetness.
You can jazz this up however you like. Use brown rice to add more fiber! Add more veggies and try different meats. This is a great comfort food meal.
