This banana bread is really low fat but you would never know it! To make it even lighter use splenda and a full cup applesauce and eliminate the butter completely. My husband who is "anti-diet food" LOVES it! Add chocolate chips or walnuts in the last step to mix things up a bit!
This pita chips are virtually guilt free and have such an explosive flavor that you won't even crave regular chips :)
