I originally found this recipe when I joined SP in Oct 2006. It was originally posted by JFLOWER.
Instead of soy flour, I have used oether brown rice flour or white rice flour, and it has always turned out good (at least to me...).
All calculations are made using the original recipe. Directions are also as written on the original recipe.
lactose free, and should be IC (interstitial Cysititis (aka Painful Bladder) friendly).... can probably use other IC friendly (non- acidic) fruits :)
I came up with this a couple days ago after having accidentally bought Vanilla Rice Milk instead of the regular!
To me, it was like drinking liquid sunshine :)
South Beach friendly!
Should be good for those on a gluten free diet, as well as those who have Interstitial Cystiitis and/ or Endometriosis. Lactose free as well
I used Agave Nectar instead of the sugar/ Splenda. I made this with 1 lb frozen peaches instead of the apples, could've added another 1lb of the peaches! Could also use berries.

NUTRITION INFO is NOT CORRECT, because I couldn't find brown rice syrup listed here on this site (and the recipe calls for a different brand of choc chips, ect)
I found this on the back of a bag of Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo/ Fava Bean Flour. I haven't tried it, but thought I'd share it.

The onion soup mix may have wheat flour in it, use one that doesn't if you need something gluten- free, same thing with milk. egg and nut free.
This recipe seems easily adaptable to serve different amounts of people.

This uses absolutely no sugar or other sweetener (artificial or natural).
I bet you could use pumpkin instead of the applesauce, if desired. I am thinking about adapting it to use as a topping for apple crisp.

Looks to be egg, lactose, and nut (if you use canola oil, not peanut oil) free. not sure if it is gluten free.

This is an adaptation from a banana bread recipie I found. I made some yesterday (with reg. sugar), and it was YUMMY!! I added the Benefiber, to help get some fiber in the mornings.
