A very tasty low calorie soup. Serves well with a spinach salad.
Low fat Low calorie Breakfast/Lunch
Yummy dessert that can made Healthy or non healthy. For non-healthy version use reg. sugar,milk,and reg. whipped topping. Even by using regular ingredients this desert is only 110 calories for 1/2 cup serving.
