This is a chicken recipe I nabbed from my mother. Delicious, healthy, high in protein and nutrients. And, it's easy to make.
Amazing with whole wheat pasta, shirataki noodles, or spaghetti squash as well. Also goes well with a lush green salad.
What more could you ask for ?
Homemade hummus. I like mine with a lot of lemon and garlic:)
