Bake in a 15 x 10 Pan. Frost before removing from pan.
this is a simple classic packed with flavor....always a hit.
A little sweet and crunchy!
This salad has a fair amount of fat even if you use light cheese. One option would be to forgo the avocado (a good for you fat) or purchase a lighter calorie dressing.
Excellent as a pot luck dish (no mayo!) or to accompany mexican dishes
We added lots of veggies to a traditional recipe to make it a bit more lean.
This is a stab at a salad we like to get from Whole Foods....but we dress it a little lighter!
This is a mild indian (Calcutta) curry. No coconut.
This dish is also great with swordfish
fresh tomatoes are best!
These peppers include jalapeno in the meat mixture but you can adjust the amount or leave it out all together. We also delete the salt but I leave that up to you.

This makes enough "paste" to marinate 5 to 6 Chicken breasts.
This is that wonderful garlic spread served in middleastern and lebanese restaurants.
This was a Bon Appetite favorite of ours....but it was filled with bacon and several sausages. We completely re-worked the meat portions to bring the fat down.
This was a "clean out the veggie draw" experiment.
Dense and fudgy. Gluten Free
This is a dinner entree. Add the fourth sausage in the pack and it could easily serve four people.
Light spice and cocoa layer cake with mocha frosting.
This sauce would be great on any grilled veggies. We used onion, zucchini and bell pepper but it would work great on corn, tomatoes, paneer, asparagus....
The more veggies the better!
Lots of good crunchy stuff!
A spicy tomato sauce. Drain beef well. If you can afford the calories, add a half pound of spicy italian sausage along with the beef.
Lowfat options bring down the total calories without losing traditional flavor.
We modified this recipe by using half and half instead of whole cream and added a red pepper. We further modified it by cutting the half and half by a third down to 1 cup instead of 1.5 cups.
