These peppers include jalapeno in the meat mixture but you can adjust the amount or leave it out all together. We also delete the salt but I leave that up to you.

Beef with Ginger and Vegetables

We didn't care for this one ---it was bland. We suggest adding more ginger, garlic and possibly some red pepper flakes!

This makes enough "paste" to marinate 5 to 6 Chicken breasts.

Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Quiche with Garlic

We modified this recipe by using half and half instead of whole cream and added a red pepper. We further modified it by cutting the half and half by a third down to 1 cup instead of 1.5 cups.
