A delicious way to eat the protein rich quinoa grain paired with tender juicy asparagus and creamy low fat feta cheese
Very similar to the Colonel's version, but much lower in fat. I use Mortons™ Lite Salt and the sodium is much lower.
Tangy Mediterranean Tabouleh, low fat. I like to add some feta cheese to it and roll in a lettuce leaf for a quick snack.
