This is something my grandma used to make for us kids. Can be a good snack if you can stop at one serving. Helps me make it to the lower range of calories needed during the day. I tend to not eat enough during the day.
I have a hard time getting my son to eat carrots, my mom used to make them this way and it is the only way to get him to eat them. Now he eats 2 to 3 servings if I let him!
