a healthy alternative to chips . you can put whatever topping you like on it , you dont have to do cinnamon
IN a large bowl cream till fluffy:
*Margarine, soft, 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar, .3/4cup, unpacked
Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
Add:
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 2 tsp
Disslove baking soda in hot water
Add:
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
*Flour, white, 1 cup
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .1/2 cup, dry, yields
Semisweet chocolate, 1/2 cup chips
Raisins, 1/2 cup, packed
Presidents choice - Natural Wheat bran, 1/3 cup
No name Natural oat bran, 1/3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
