I make these low-sugar nutritious cookies for my family on a regular basis. TONS of possible variations- I even used up our oatmeal infant cereal in place of the oatmeal for the babies! Try it with other kinds of cooked and mashed fruit (or vegis?) instead of the banana or try adding raisins or other dried fruit- maybe even chocolate chips!
