A very easy Romanian recipe of homemade chocolate. You can substitute raisins with peanuts or add peanuts or other dried fruit you'd like in your chocolate.
It is best after at least 24 hours "spent" in the fridge and has a "softer" and "stickier" consistency than bought chocolate. For "harder" chocolate, add more dry milk.
This is a time consuming recipe, but a Romanian favorite of my fiances. We eat it cold spreaded on slices of bread or pita.
