Breakfast Bars

No sugar and no sugar substitute. These are not sweet but they are very satisfying. They aren't low cal but they are healthy. I take them with me in the care on busy days (for lunch) instead of being tempted by fast food.

Buttermilk, Blueberry, & Oat Pancakes

Make your own very healthy oat flour! The lemon zest and nutmeg remind me of Bed and Breakfast fare and the oats make it hardy. Very satisfying.
