A makeover of a recipe I found here on SparksPeople. I really liked the pancakes so I switched out some of the ingredients to cut some fat and add some protein with the almond milk. Also, I didn't get 12 pancakes from the original recipe but got 9 1/4C pancakes so the calories are more but the portion size is larger and these pancakes really keep me filled from breakfast until lunch. I enjoy them with some unsweetened syrup and a breakfast turkey sausage patty. Easy, healthy and filling breakfast.
