A great Cajun dish for low calories!
Super Yummy! Great to try for your 1st time to sample quinoa. Very Easy to prepare! A healthy dose of protein and fiber. Just use a chip to scoop and eat
I accidentally bought currants instead of raisins, so this is how I used them. I modified the recipe a to make it a bit healthier.
Great for brunch, or any time you don't want to be stuck in the kitchen while breakfast cooks. Can be cut into 8 servings and reheated throughout the week.
