Refried Bean and Soyrizo Tostada Nachos
Instead of leaving tortillas hole I quarted them before toasting. It's easier to eat this dish with a fork and the chips as "scoops".
Soyrizo Vegetarian Chili
Trader Joes soyrizo is my favorite for texture and taste. The spice in it means that you only have to add a little more of your own to taste. Nobody knows, yet, that there is no meat in my chili!
