Masaman Curry

We don't know how to make this small, so it lasts us a long time. We put it on top of coconut rice, and it's amazing. We like this recipe so much, that we can't order it at the restaurants anymore. You can add chicken or tofu (cut into slices and brown first, with chicken and tofu) if you want protein in the dish, but they're not necessary. The best place to find alot of these ingredients is at an Asian Grocery Market.

Faux Vanilla Custard

This is a yummy, and quick dessert, that takes very little time to make, and is pretty quick to set. Enjoy as a flan or a custard. Try with other flavors too.

Put bananas in the fridge and forget about them, then they're quick and easy, and most people won't recognize them as bananas!! Drizzle with anything yummy, and you will feel as if you're eating the real deal!!
