This is my go-to for breakfast. I make 2 servings (42 g of the whey is 1 scoop) and drink the second one as a snack or dessert.
No ice cream machine needed, just a mixer and the ingredients!
These biscuits are great for camping. No need to start a fire if you're hungry and need something right away. If you are in a "survival" situation, these will get you through but I would recommend adding a multivitamin to cover your bases.
These are survival biscuits. It's a modified recipe because I wanted something with a little bit of taste to it, and more than just carbs and a tiny bit of protein. These fit the bill.
Alternative to high carb sauces found at the store. Mostly tastes like a combination of Heinz 57 and A1 Steak Sauce.
