You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix(plus it's fat free). Awesome for those of us who want an occasional sweet treat.
"Avocados are a good source of fiber, potassium, and vitamins C,K, folate, and B6. Half an avocado has 160 calories, 15 grams of heart-healthy unsaturated fat, and only 2 grams saturated fat. One fruit contains more than one-third daily value of vitamin C, and more than half the day’s requirements of vitamin K." This is one of my favorite after workout snacks to hold me over until dinner once a week or a great treat to share with guests.
