This is the Traditional Chinese dish that is more like a soup or stew when you throw the shrimp and the rice all in one bowl. You may notice there is no Lobster in this dish. I can only guess that it is named so because it is a light sauce that would go with Lobster but you would have to ask a Chinese Chef to get the real story on that.
This is a satisfying easy to prepare and pack along breakfast that explodes with flavor and freshness so intense that you really need the crisp. nutty toast points between bites for balance.
