**Can also add diced red potatoes or corn, but this will up your carb count.
Great way to use up those thanksgiving leftovers!
I have also used mashed sweet potatoes. Start with step #2 and add the sweet potatoes with the turkey at the end. Turns out more like a "cake".
Pretty, Healthy and Quick. Full of flavor- your guests will be coming back for more!
**Can top with Roasted Peanuts or Crunch Asian Noodles, but make sure to adjust the Nutritional Info.
Basic Cheese Sauce that is great for topping veggies such as broccoli and asparagus or as the base for cheese soups and pasta sauces.
Alternative to Alfredo Sauce. Can make it thicker by adding more sour cream, or thinner by adding more heavy cream.
Rich, Creamy, Comforting. What more could you ask for?? Could also be used as a Sause.
Yummy in the morning as a quick breakfast or when you get those chocolate cravings. Also great warmed in the microwave for a hot chocolate treat!
Yummy to use as a replacement for rolls, bread, french toast, pancakes, etc... Use your imagination!
I used mine this morning to make a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich!
