Sauted Mushrooms and fresh spinach leaves.
We found this recipe from user TREE63 but the calculations were off - Once we made it we dug in deeper to find evaporated milk was used in the calculation instead of condensed milk like the recipe called out. There was also a mistake made with the amount of pudding mix to be used. The differences: about 100 calories/serv. more and 23g Carbs/serv. more in our corrected recipe. Lesson learned always double check what is "used" in the recipe calculation of every recipe.
At the time we made this we couldn't find reduced-fat vanilla wafers anywhere and the Murray Brand were the next best regarding nutrition compared to other brands. See the tips section for how some of these ingredients were calculated.
