A good quality gram scale is very helpful in making each serving to be accurate.
This one is similar to a family favorite from a local restaurant, except I'm sure much healthier. Each of the four servings are considerable large which for me is a PLUS!
This recipe yields approximately 1.5 cups for (6) 1/4 cup servings. Eat as a sandwich garnish or as a dip with fresh veggies.
