This is great in tacos, on salad or even over rice. Add your favorite fixings and enjoy.

It's a little high in calories, but when you want to enjoy a burger with the family or neighborhood BBQ, this works great.
These heat up nicely in the microwave for a grab and go breakfast. Switch out for your favorite meat, tofu and/or veggies to personalize to your taste.
Curry paste and coconut milk make this an awesome chicken stir fry. Substitute chicken for beef, pork, tofu or your favorite meat substitute.
This makes a great meal any time. Add a salad for a fabulous dinner or some fruit for a filling breakfast. I don't add salt to this because I find Feta adds plenty.
I like to serve this with a topping of low fat greek yogurt (or sour cream), low fat grated cheddar cheese and thinly sliced green onions. This is also great on a green salad to make a "taco" salad meal.
To make this vegetarian use vegetable broth instead of chicken. We like to add hot sauce, sour cream and grated cheese at the table.
This is packed full of good for you yumminess! I like to add a little sriracha sauce to my bowl for a nice kick.
We like serving this over toasted whole grain hamburger buns, bread. Also yummy over rice or a green salad. Top with a little low fat tex-mex cheese and a bit of low fat sour cream or greek yogurt.
This soup is just as yummy prepared with chicken breast and chicken broth or as a vegeatarian soup with tofu and vegetable broth.
