This is a full course meal for that special occasion.
These pancakes are tasty and meant for a breakfast treat but it is definitely more healthy than say IHOP's version.
The sodium is higher, so I dont recommend anyone who has blood pressure problems or people who retain fluid easily to eat this. It's a meaty and tasty treat I make when I want pizza... I also use a slice of italian or wheat bread and use 1/2 tbsp of butter and garlic podwer (I broil it until it is toasted), to use as a "crust" its not included in this recipe though. its optional.
It's really easy to make. Just brown the onions, peppers, and beef and then throw in the rest and bring to a boil. It stores wonderfully in the freezer too.
