Good, not high in sodium, and make it as spicy as you like!
Easy, just RINSE beans and drain, brown turkey, mushrooms, and onions, then add the tomatoes, beans, corn, and simmer until done!
Super easy if you have access to a Trader Joe's.
This is just a small recipe for 2 people. You can always double it or make it as big as you want. There is no cream or sour cream in this recipe. You can add it on your own if you prefer.
