This is a small recipe that yeilds 2 servings, with each serve containing 2 tablespoons of oatbran and 1 tablespoon of wheat bran (omit the wheat bran if liked)
This is suitable in all phases on the Dukan diet. I make it to use up my egg yolks. Be aware that one serve contains 2 egg yolks - so not an everyday treat.
4 large servings
I make a HUGE crockpot of this and then freeze single portions in bags. I have one for lunch most days. Making a large amount helps to keep the fat content down, this is because the oil needed to cook the spices would be just about the same if I was making a smaller amount.
