I call this the Dump, dump, dump, dump soup. pretty easy the most energy you will spend is opening the cans and chopping the onion. I love to top it off with cilantro and lemon juice. and if I have extra calories chopped avocado and some soy/rice sour cream to cool the tongue. !Ole!

good with soup or pretty much anything. If you can find whole wheat it is even better. Or try butter milk for flavor change
