The easiest way to make lasagna! No cooking noodles, simply cook the lean ground beef, put it together, and bake. Nothing could be simpler, or taste better!
This is the most tender beef recipe I have ever found! Because it is baked at a lower temperature, it remains very moist. It is so versatile too! Slice it for sandwiches the next day, shred for barbecue. Enjoy! I saw this prepared on my local news on TV, and I've loved it ever since! Thank you Bay News 9!
This is my favorite "go to" recipe! I got it when I was going to Weight Watchers, then I fine-tuned it to how I like it. Now it tastes just like you'd get in a restaurant! Be sure to measure the rice and chicken because it's tempting to "overdo it"!
I found this recipe online, and since I love P.F. Chang's food, I just HAD to try it, and I love it!!!! To make it lower sodium, use low-sodium chicken broth and soy sauce.
This is a low-cal version of Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza that I found on www.aimeesadventures.com, but I changed it to make it "mine". I hope you enjoy it!
Spoon some of this over your Greek yogurt in the morning--NOW we're talkin'! This beats the processed stuff anytime.
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup wheat germ toasted
1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup dried apples, lightly packed, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
Ahead of Time: In a bowl, combine oats, nuts, and cinnamon. Add honey and toss to coat. (Mixture will form clumps that will separate during baking.) Spread mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Using a wide spatula, lift and turn mixture over. Bake for 5 minutes more. Remove from oven and turn mixture again. Let cool on a wire rack.
Stir in wheat germ, flaxseed, apples, and raisins. Store muesli in a tightly covered container for up to 1 month.

This recipe came from my grandfather, who was an American Indian (half Cherokee, half Cheyenne). His name was Charles Franklin Graves, because he was discovered at an Indian massacre site. He did not know his name, to he was named Charles Franklin Graves. This cake has been made by my family for many generations. It is similar to a nut cake. Once you taste this cake, you will be addicted, but one slice will be enough.

This is a "clone" of Smart Ones Banana Muffins, created by Todd Wilbur. They are modeled after the low-fat product found in the freezer section of your market from one of the first brands to make low-fat food hip and tasty. Muffins are notorious for their high fat content, but in this recipe mashed banana and egg substitute provide moisture and flavor. Now you can satisfy a muffin urge without counting fat grams!
