Raspberry & Blueberry Smoothie

This is my favourite fruit smoothie, packed with antioxidants from the berries, aswell as Vitamins C & K is useful amounts. The almond butter adds calcium and magnesium, though can be substituted with another nut butter or taken out completely. Maple syrup controls blood sugar levels, and adds sweetness. The banana acts to thicken the smoothie, and is best frozen. It is also a source of potassium which increases metabolism.

Lentil & Sweet Potato Curry

Really delicous and hearty meal. Not massively hot. Serves 4 if you serve it with rice, or another carbohydrate, but also delicous on it's own.
