w/ white chicken meat
no bouillon or stock
Hands on Time – 25 minutes,
Total Time 35 minutes,
Makes 4 servings.
Digest Diet - Fast Release (day 1-4)
Fat Releasers: garlic, red pepper, black pepper, olive oil, vinegar, kale or collards, chickpeas, feta cheese.
1 large bell pepper (6 oz)
or assorted baby bell peppers (6 oz)
If 1 large pepper, cut in 4 and seed.
Put 2 tbsp ricotta on each quarter (8 tbsp = 1/2 cup)
If assorted colors of baby bell peppers,
divide the ricotta over the halves.
Add pepper (cayenne or black)
Optional: put under the grill for a couple of minutes
1 serving is about 1 Tbsp
3 fl oz of EVOO = about 90 cc = 6 Tbsp
5 fl oz of purified (bottled) water = 148 cc = 10 Tbsp
The water is added to MIST spray more easily.
Shake well before using.
Half and half 93/7 lean ground beef
& Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Pork Sausage burgers
w/ pickled fennel and pepperonata
Cheese is optional and not added here.
