My version of oat pancakes! These are fluffy, and only 80 calories per pancakes! Also they are delicious. You can top them with anything from yogurt, to fruit, to peanut butter, to jelly. I top mine with organic grape jelly :)

For someone looking for a healthier alternative to regular pancakes. They're surprisingly moist on the inside, low calorie, filling, and very yummy! I like my pancakes with jelly on them but for a healthy alternative to jelly, I made homemade strawberry puree by simply putting 1/2-1 cup of strawberries in a blender. Hope everyone likes these! :)
