Chocolate Avocado Mousse

this recipe came from Wholefoods.

Shrimp Diana

This is a two part recipe; make the white sauce and the add that mixture to Shrimp Diana

Smoothie: Sweet Dandelion

3 cups Dandelion greens
2 cups Spinach greens
1 Banana
1 Mango peeled and seeded
1 Apple
1 cup stawberries
1 juice of lemon
2 cups water
1 cup ice

Blend all items together

Smoothie: Sweet Fennel

Blend all ingredient 2 to 3 minutes

Rotisserie Chicken Salad with grape halves

I used Kraft Light Mircle Whip, but I could not find it in list of ingredients. The same thing apples to the chicken; however, I used light and dark meat, de-boned and skinned. Nutritional values may be off.

Smoothie: Aloe Vera

1 Leaf Aloe vera Leaf with peel
2 Stalks Celery
2 Cups Kale
1 Apple
2 Bananas
1 Lime with peel
2 Cups of water

Smoothie: Minty Dandelion

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Makes 2 quarts. Serving 1 cup
