This recipe is for one serving for calculation purposes. You can make one or 20! Baking time will be a little longer if the pan is full. Add 10-15 minutes.
The greens are fully interchangeable. Chinese cabbage, turnip greens, spinach, asian mixed greens, collards... anything you want! Pick a tender green to stuff the chicken.
We call this "News" and it is my husbands specialty. I put it in the Recipe Calculator because we were joking about how bad it must be for calories, sodium and fat. We were shocked! It actually comes out to be fairly reasonable. And a serving of this is a nice, meaty, satisfying bowlful.
My husband named this 'Yummy, make it again'
I thought someting a little more descriptive might be useful for finding it next time. Next to great flavor, my favorite part is the prep time is only 5 minutes!
