Chili I just made up and wanted to know the nutritional value of. I didn't realize there was SO MUCH SODIUM!! If only I could figure out how to make it with just as much potasium and protien, but a tenth the salt I'd be killer happy!
I just took the beans I had in the cupboard and added my favorite spices. I think I'm probably going to top it with horseradish too. Quick and easy.
