This is a recipe I learned while in Germany this past year. The original recipe calls for Sheep's cheese, so I bet it would be awesome with goat's milk. I just couldn't get my hand's on any while making this. The end result reminds me a lot of pizza only without crust :) This makes it pretty easy to modify the recipe however you like!
