This is a South Beach recipe that I've modified to use up the entire batch of grocery, plus added bacon for some extra deliciousness and to get my husband to eat :-)
I love this recipe with a lean Kielbasa. I just think it's DELICIOUS! It's sweet and nutty and a great throw together crockpot meal!

This is usually a cook ahead meal where you make 4 pans. I've seperated it out into an "individual recipe". I took the salt out, but you can add it back in if you like.
I love bagels & lox, so this is a GREAT alternative.
(Note: I make 5 servings at a time - it uses all the dill and salmon, plus makes a FAST and easy quick snack. I also prepare the onions ahead so I just throw them on too)

This is the marinade for another recipe here on sparkpeople (Grilled Chipotle Chicken Breasts). It is a DELICIOUS marinade as well as DELICIOUS salad dressing! If you seperate the recipe into two, you can marinade 2-5 chicken breasts in half, and then baste with the other half.
So delicious for breakfast OR dessert - this is the PERFECT sweet tooth fix - no sugar necessary!
This is a GREAT way to curb your sweet tooth - this baked grapefruit is so sweet, you'll find you want it for breakfast AND dessert!
I made this salad recently on an interview I did for SPARKPEOPLE and thought I'd share it with anyone who is interested in a easy, delicious salad. This version uses steak.
I still need to forumlate this with MY ingredients - see if I can't get that sodium down...

I really don't know how many this actually serves, I put 8 conservatively, but it can serve more. It's a really big salad. I eat a little at a time.
This is the actual recipe from the SIMPLY POTATOES package. The other recipes on here don't have it with all the ingredients. Sorry the picture isn't the best

I don't know how the book got the nutritional info it got, so I had to put this one in. I only have chocolate chips on hand so maybe the bars make a difference...?
