My own creation.Wanted to find a way to include besan (which is protein rich) in to this dish.Also added Mangodi(I am not sure of the english translation of htis)- but they are little balls of urad dal.Also added Jeera.
A comfort food.Good with Rotis.

Healthy yummy Comfort Food.Can substitute any vegetables for the ones given here.This also does not use onion or tomato.So, on those days that you do not have those and you need to clean the fridge- this is a great alternative .This makes 7 cups.
Absolutely love Quinoa - this is a total win win recipe - low on calories, high on preotein - so you are fuller longer.
And it can be cooked in a jiffy. Can add any and all the vegetables to this.
