This is the most amazing ice cream ever!

Super yummy soup! My family loves it so much, I quadruple the recipe. I use half regular and half low sodium chicken broth. You can reduce the sodium even more by using all low sodium brands for the broth and tomatoes.

Original recipe calls for 1/4 C raisins or chopped dried apriciots but I left that out. Nutritional info does not include dried fruit.
This recipe has been cut in half and makes 7 1/2-cup servings.
