Nice for breakfast or lunch, this dish is easy to make and is a delicious addition to any day.
Mild, for the meek like me. If we have guests I add a dried hot pepper and then pull it out before serving.
I put all of the ingredients into my crockpot in the morning, then shred the beef at night...mmmm, good! I don't like hot peppers, so the diced chilis are perfect in this recipe.
YUMMY!! This is a great way to eat your veggies. I haven't tried it with the regular zucchini, but I imagine it's great. Try it without the sausage as well.
