This is so easy but it is one of those things you have only once in a while. Great with ice cream or whipped topping.
I needed a healthier version of beef strogenoff that my husband the meat and potatoes man would like.
I prefer brown rice but if you have left over white rice this is a good way to use it.
I love cranberry sauce but my diabetes wont tollerate the sugar in canned sauce so I make my own.
I use this with Almesed diet because I didn't think it cost wise to throw away the pulp.
The sauce makes this look hard but it is so easy and you can use any kind of fruit to make an elegant looking dish thats low calorie and easy. You can refridgerate the left over sauce and cut your time in half the next time you make it.
