Many options: with or without tofu it can be served over rice;the tofu can be cooked at the end, but the seasoning might need to be more because tofu releases water; don't cook the tofu and pour the turkey over cold tofu ( good for summer!)

Kinnpira Gobo

Also can use celery instead of Gobo but carrots are always good in both! Same recipe is used for hasu(lotus root)

Easy! Add lots of ginger and whatever veggies you like!

I don't really like pasta but this is one I will eat! Serve over short or long pasta or even rice or quinoa!

Best way to eat kabocha!!!!

Soupy tofu and turkey goodness!

Vinegar Ginger Chicken

Depending on how sour or sweet you like, the ratio of vinegar to sugar can be different. But keep brown sugar and soy sauce ratio equal.

Yummy if you love spinach!!

Toro Toro Tofu

Perfect vegetarian side dish for some protein. Green peas are good, but you can also use edamame instead or even more protein!

Another favorite side dish!! So easy!! Spinach!!!! Also great with green beans!

Classic california rolls and sooo delicious!! Can eat like 10 pieces!!

Hijiki

One of my favorite side dishes!! Vegetarian in this version, but can also be cooked with sausage or fish sticks in it.

Easy Corn Soup

Delicious creamy sweet and thicker soup to compliment any dinner!

Simple Spinach Soup

Perfect light side soup as an alternative to miso soup. Add TONS of spinach! Can omit egg if preferred and even addd tofu. Can add green onions too.

Croquet

Serve with ooster sauce or okonomiyaki sauce.

Very Simple Ginger Veggie Stir Fry

Mix in any favorite veggies and a LOT of ginger! Garlic can also be used instead. Serve with rice for a light lunch or as a side dish for 4 people.

Miso Soup

Serve with any Japanese meal, good for replenishing lost salt, and relieving fatigue.

Classic Japanese Dinner! Add lots of green onions, chives, and GINGER!

Ketchup Flavored Turkey Burgers

Very quick and easy to make and so good! Serve with rice, miso soup, and veggies, or as a turkey burger in a whole wheat bagel. Use leftovers next day in a sandwich!

My favorite meal ever!!! Delicious vegetable soup! Serve with oatmeal quickbread! To add protein: put in chicken breast or turkey meat balls

Quinoa Garden Cakes

Soooooo good! With lots of grest veggies, my favorite quinoa, and great lemon flavor!

Basic Banana-sweetened Granola Bars

This is just the base for granola bars: add dried fruit and nuts or anything else to specialize. I added a few chopped almonds and a few chopped dried apricots. Very easy to make!

Healthy Oatmeal Quick Bread

Very easy no yeast quick bread, perfect for soups!

Ginger Oatmeal Bran Pear Muffins

Ginger and pear is the perfect combination in these sweet muffins! Pears cook so sweet that not a lot of sugar is not needed.

Very delicious and just a touch sweet, enhanced even more by the raisins. Any dried fruit or nuts can work. Regular milk can substitute almond milk and honey can replace brown sugar.
