I really love pumpkin pie. This is a lightened up version of the Libby's recipe on the can. No crust but it is worth it!
Filling dish without meat.
This makes 4 large servings that really fill you up. I used to make something like this with added shredded cheese (I have used different type - all good) but this is much lower in fat. I hope you enjoy it :)
