4 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup skim milk
1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbs. chopped parsley
2 tbs.Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp oregano

Cheese Pita Pizzas
