The Life-Changing Loaf of Bread

This is an amazing recipe. For breakfast, one slice with some fruit and Greek yogurt. Lunch, serve one slice along side a hearty garden salad and some Veggie soup - and you have a lot of fibre, 5 servings of fruit and veggies, and two healthy meals to start your day right! It is gluten-free and vegan!
